Booty Break...get moving!
It's good for your heart, it makes you stronger, and it will help with balance and coordination. 30-minutes of dance can burn between 130 and 250 calories. I like to dance everyday! Most the time in spirts as I am working. Getting my body moving and increasing my heart rate with free style medium to high intensity dancing. A Booty Break! Dance like crazy for 1 song at least. Dance like no ones watching!
